What the job involves
- Prezzee is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to our Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong, lasting relationships with our clients, guiding them to achieve success and maximize the value of Prezzee's solutions.
- Your primary mission will be to act as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients supported by our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives to ensure seamless transitions from onboarding through to growth and retention
- Qualify and onboard client accounts, understanding business objectives and aligning Prezzee’s solutions to support their goals
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for assigned clients, managing enquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a proactive, solutions-focused experience
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and trusted partnership
- Provide strategic, data-driven insights to help clients optimize their use of Prezzee’s products and achieve desired outcomes
- Monitor client health and engagement, identifying risks early and implementing strategies to drive retention and growth
- Conduct regular client check-ins and performance reviews to gather feedback and identify expansion opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support to advocate for client needs and share actionable feedback
- Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions, performance, and success metrics
- Contribute to customer success best practices, resources, and initiatives that continually improve the client experience
- Track and exceed KPIs related to onboarding, satisfaction, retention, and account growth, supporting broader revenue goals

Gift cards have long since been a popular way to reward employees or gift friends and family, with eCommerce-focussed 'eGift' cards rapidly replacing physical cards. However, the digital nature of such cards can make them feel impersonal and underwhelming as a gift, showing room for innovation within the market.
Prezzee provides an eGift card marketplace, helping shoppers to find the perfect digital gift card across a portfolio of over 100 providers. The company provides standard eCards for consumers in addition to bulk options for employee rewards, facilitating the personalization of each gift card with video or voice messages and custom designs.
Whilst Prezzee will undeniably face competition from marketplace giants such as Amazon which also offer large selections of gift cards, the company stands out with its unique focus on facilitating the personalization of every card.
