Who you are

Education: BSc or MSc in a data-related field or statistics
Experience: 3+ years in a similar data-focused role
Tech skills: Strong in SQL, Power BI, and data modeling; hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards
Tools: Familiar with data visualization and orchestration tools, ideally Airflow
Nice to have: Experience with embedded Power BI solutions and capacity planning
Mindset: Curious and proactive – you ask questions and dig into challenges to find smart solutions
Work style: Detail-oriented, quality-driven and motivated to grow
Language: Fluent in English

Turning data into impact: You will develop insightful analyses, dashboards, and reports for both internal and external stakeholders
Bringing clarity to complexity: You’ll visualise and analyse HR data using Power BI and ensure clear communication through compelling dashboards
