What the job involves

Administrative Assistant for the Latin America Coverage Group within Origination & Advisory
This role will support the Group Head and other Managing Directors while sustaining a strong collaboration with coverage partners across all the regional offices
Coordinating international/domestic travel and hotel arrangements, including creation of extensive trip itineraries and expense reimbursement requests; coordinating arrangements for meetings, including scheduling, reserving conference rooms and catering; preparing and processing travel and entertainment expenses promptly and accurately; organizing client & team events; process and track invoices for payment and follow up as appropriate
Assisting in onboarding & offboarding process including desk coordination, floor access, ID creation, etc
Providing support to the Group Head and Business Manager with group presentations via PowerPoint and Excel; liaising with high-profile individuals daily; providing timely and accurate follow-up to projects assigned
Arranging coverage when away from desk or office
Developing a thorough understanding of the O&A policies & guidelines
