You are the first point of contact for customers, take calls and tickets and prioritize them independently

Our take

Deeploi is building an all-in-one IT platform set to enable businesses to streamline the entire scope of their IT operations, removing everyday IT-related pains and increasing the overall efficacy of IT teams. The rapid shift to hybrid/remote work environments has posed an increasing complexity in the SaaS environment, especially for SMEs. Deeploi’s solution will support these companies, so they are able to flourish in the evolving ecosystem and remain competitive.

The startup’s early 2023 seed funding round saw it receive a €3 million injection of capital, led by Cherry Ventures with participation from several top business angels. While it is currently focused on the Western European market, Deeploi is gearing up to launch its platform to a wider audience in June 2023.
