What the job involves
- At Fever, our Social Media Team makes sure our brand shines online and every project has a strong, authentic presence
- We connect and collaborate with users, creators, and influencers around the world to spark conversations and amplify experiences
- From digital strategy and content creation to community management, influencer campaigns, and social media monitoring, we shape how millions engage with Fever every day
- We also provide insights, research, and fresh ideas that fuel new concepts across the company
- We’re hiring a New York-based Senior Influencer Relations Manager to own Fever’s relationships in the city and beyond
- This role is all about pure relationship building rather than routine campaign management
- We are on the hunt for a true talent ranger who deeply understands the NY+ celebrity, influencer, and creator scene—someone passionate about expanding their network alongside Fever and scaling our experiences as far as possible
- You'll work closely with Growth, Marketing, Social Media, Fever Originals, PR and many more teams to turn those relationships into unforgettable experiences — and, where it makes sense, into brand moments worth talking about
- Lead the Americas influencer strategy, driving creator-led campaign performance and maximizing impact across all experiences
- Build and personally maintain trusted relationships with talent managers, agents, and PR representatives of top-tier US creators
- Serve as Fever's dedicated point of contact for high-profile talent relationships, proactively proposing tailored experiences aligned with each client's needs
- Spot culturally relevant moments — milestones, launches, celebrations — where a Fever experience becomes the top plan
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of high-touch experiences for top talent and their guests
- Translate strong industry relationships into brand-building moments in coordination with Growth, Marketing, Creative, Social Media, and PR — organic content, press mentions, cultural relevance
- Represent Fever at industry events, summits, and gatherings where talent managers, agents, and the entertainment community show up
- Track the US entertainment and creator landscape to stay ahead of who matters and what's next, and share that intel with the wider team
Our take
The creators of a single place to browse the events happening in your city, Fever has rapidly grown to operate in over 100 cities. From educational talks to bottomless brunches, Fever streamlines your experience finding and booking leisure activities.
What has set Fever apart from its major competitors in the events booking space, such as major player Eventbrite, is its use of data. Its data-driven approach allows it to recommend the events that users will be most interested in. It has also allowed it to analyse consumer data to host its own Fever Originals events, much like Netflix uses data to produce Netflix Originals customised to consumer demands.
The company claims it can identify the characteristics of a successful event, mitigating the risk for event promoters and brands involved in its Fever Originals events. With multiple funding rounds under its belt, Fever is well placed to grow with the experience and expertise that comes from top industry investors and is investing in new and innovative global entertainment content opportunities whilst continuing expansion into new markets.
