What the job involves
- We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our growing team and help simplify complex financial processes through intuitive product solutions
- In this role, you will collaborate closely with the CEO, designers, and engineers to shape and execute the product vision
- You’ll lead your team through all phases of the product lifecycle—from defining long-term roadmaps to launching features and iterating based on feedback
- You will combine strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring our products deliver value to both users and the business
- You’ll engage with users, analyze data to uncover insights, and validate ideas before development begins
- Your ability to manage complexity and design elegant solutions will be key to achieving product/market fit and driving rapid growth
- Defining long-term roadmaps for your team and then executing against them
- Collaborating with the CEO on the future of the product
- Lead a team of designers and engineers through iterative cycles of build and ship, and test and learn
- Manage the entire product development cycle and work cross-functionally to ensure deployments are successful for our companies
- Closely collaborate & support Customer Success, Sales & Marketing throughout the product lifecycles
- Work with researchers and designers to understand our customers’ jobs to be done, and validate and de-risk concepts before a line of code is written
- Define success and use qualitative and quantitative data to make informed product decisions

Detailed tracking and analysis of a company's cash flow is essential to reducing spending and identifying financial opportunities, yet many companies are not utilizing the modern financial technology available for optimal analysis. The majority of businesses currently track cash flow through Excel spreadsheets, a workflow that is tedious, time-consuming and requires staff for manual data entry.
Tesorio provides a financial dashboard for businesses that uses AI to closely aggregate and analyze financial data sources to automate the cash flow forecasting process. The platform prevents the need for data sources to be investigated individually, interconnecting them to reduce the amount of time spent and increase the level of detail companies can access regarding their financial activity.
Many fintech startups are employing AI automation in order to optimize the analysis of financial data, but Tesorio has taken a unique approach by focusing on aggregating all financial data points prior to analysis. The company claims that its platform saves an average of 90% in time spent on cash flow forecasting, whilst doubling productivity levels of collection teams.
