Support Technician for IT, DNA Script

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support
• Knowledge of network management
• Prove experience working with limited supervision
• Microsoft or other certifications a plus
• You have strong interpersonal skills and a rigorous attention to detail
• You have clear communication skills, and a real ability to interact effectively with your users

• To support our continue growth in France and the United States, DNA Script is recruiting a Support Technician, IT to provide to support at our France locations
• The person selected will be responsible for providing first-line support and to liaison between users and our team in France (or sub-contractors where needed)
• In addition to this you will work with subcontractors to maintain and develop our IT infrastructure
• Function as single point of contact for IT matters
• Ensure support is handled in a timely manner in accordance with SLAs
• Handle asset and inventory management for IT and telecom equipment
• Ensure all AV and IT equipment is working correctly at all sites
• Support in the on and off boarding of employees and other corporate matters
• Develop, monitor and provide training of IT policies
