What the job involves
- Toast is looking for an Executive Assistant ll who will work directly with our Executive Team members, and will provide executive support in a close working relationship
- The Executive Assistant ll serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters about that Executive
- The Executive Assistant ll will be able to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle various activities and confidential matters with discretion
- This role is hybrid, and will need to commute to the Boston office for events, large meetings and when their executives are in office

- Heavy, proactive calendar management
- Coordinate and prioritize meetings for our leadership team
- Assist in coordinating logistics for internal and external events
- Manage travel arrangements and submitting expenses
- Identify & make recommendations for process improvements related to scheduling, calendar management
