Product Control, Lloyds

• Qualified or part qualified accountant, or recently graduated from an accounting degree
• Knowledge of Financial Instruments
• Relationship building and Stakeholder management
• Numerate and competent with MS Office applications especially Excel

• You’ll deliver high impact daily Profit and Loss MI and own critical month end Financial Control processes to help keep everything running efficiently and accurately

• Preparation of P&L production, reconciliations, signoffs and issue resolution
• Supporting the month end close processes associated with accurately reporting and independently validating the bank’s balance sheet in a timely manner through the preparation of complex reconciliations leading to several journal postings
• Preparation of analysis and in-depth commentary on P&L and balance sheet movements
• Supporting a robust control framework for all processes within remit
• Undertaking ad hoc work and investigation arising from partner requests
• Supporting delivery of efficiencies and a culture of continuous improvement
• Establishing and building relationships with partners
