What the job involves
- Change.org is searching for a Senior Director of Engineering to partner with our VP of Product and senior leaders to accelerate measurable, sustainable growth across the Change.org platform—driving increased revenue, deeper user engagement, and long-term impact at scale
- You will report to our CTO
- As a key member of our Engineering team, you’ll deliver signature and revenue growth by leading a data-driven engineering team, co-owning growth strategy and execution, aligning cross-functional efforts, and building infrastructure for rapid experimentation and iteration, while participating in the on-call rotation
- Deliver significant increases in both signature volume and revenue through technical and product-driven growth initiatives
- Build and lead a deeply engaged, data-driven engineering team focused on experimentation and outcomes
- Establish a strong, trusted partnership with the VP of Product—jointly owning growth strategy and execution
- Influence cross-functional alignment and company-wide direction on growth—establishing best practices and driving coordination across engineering, product, and marketing
- Strengthen or build infrastructure to support rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration across the growth team
- This job is expected to participate in our on call rotation
