What the job involves

This is an exciting opportunity for motivated, career-driven individuals who want to break into Sales and Account Management
As an SDR, you’ll join our comprehensive training academy, where we’ll equip you with the skills, techniques, and confidence needed to excel in professional sales
Manage, quote, and convert inbound loan enquiries efficiently
Proactively generate new opportunities from our warm database via outbound calling
Identify and nurture new business opportunities to expand our customer base
Support the creation and execution of targeted business, marketing, and sales plans
Increase brand awareness through networking and market-relevant promotional activities
Ensure all operational, credit, and compliance criteria are followed
Apply fraud-prevention and risk-mitigation processes consistently
Revenue Growth: Achieve targeted fee income and volume metrics
New Business Activity: Maintain high levels of prospecting and lead generation
KPI Achievement: Meet or exceed KPIs set by the Sales Manager
Cross-Selling: Successfully promote the full suite of products
Team Contribution: Play an active role in team meetings and the wider Sales division’s success
Successful SDRs typically progress to Account Manager roles within 6–12 months, with on-target earnings ranging from £40,000 to £80,000+ per year
