Who you are

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team
The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology

What the job involves

Reports To: Head of IT
Provide first and second-line technical support to end-users in-person, by email, and over Zoom
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment
Monitor and maintain IT systems, including backups, antivirus, and security updates
Document issues, solutions, and processes in our IT knowledge base
Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including device setup and account provisioning
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards
