What the job involves
- The Sales Support Professional at Vontive provides essential support to the sales team, enabling them to operate efficiently and effectively
- This role is crucial in managing administrative tasks, assisting in client communications, and supporting the overall sales process
- You will work closely with Loan Officers, Sales Directors, and other team members to ensure that all operational and client-facing needs are met in a timely manner
- Email Outreach Management: Assist with individual email outreach efforts, supporting the sales team's engagement with prospects through tools like Outreach and marketing email campaigns
- Post-Closing Communications: Manage post-closing tasks, including sending instructions, surveying client satisfaction, and maintaining positive client relationships
- Lead Prospecting Support: Help generate lead lists, assign territories, and assist in contacting and nurturing leads
- Client Pre-qualification: Assist Loan Officers in pre-qualifying loan submissions by gathering and reviewing necessary client information
- Lending Offer Support: Aid in the creation of lending offers in the Vontive portal, assist with securing credit policy exceptions, and participate in reviewing offers with clients
- Pipeline and Task Management: Support Loan Officers by tracking borrower tasks, following up with clients to complete required documentation, and managing the loan submission process to underwriting
- Loan Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving issues that arise during the underwriting process, ensuring smooth progress toward loan approval
Our take
Although steep rises in home prices have closed the market to many, those who own property have seen attractive returns, and investors have turned their attention to the property sector. But despite this alluring opportunity, they could be deterred by the outdated processes associated with property investment. Votive’s platform upgrades mortgage lenders with new tech to streamline their operations, and allow their customers easier access into investment real estate.
By embedding mortgage options at the point of sale, Vontive removes the need to seek credit elsewhere, and makes it more likely that the investment will be completed. Also, the company is taking a two-prong approach in serving both “retail partners”, such as banks and B2C brands, and “capital partners”, the lenders.
Funding is being channeled into Vontive's engineering team, creating its debt marketplace, expanding its B2C partners, and providing additional mortgage products. In 2022, Vontive crossed the $1 billion threshold for properties financed using its services, indicating its continued strength.
