Role
Who you are
- 5 years experience as Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, Commercial Product Manager, Global Partner Manager, or other manager level or higher role responsible for commercial growth
- 5 years experience leading commercial strategy or roadmap and driving innovation within the telecom or fintech industries
- 3 years experience identifying new commercial opportunities and leading them from concept through launch
- 1 year experience in each of the following: Creating and scaling an advisor/ambassador-based go to market model that is grass-roots, community-led growth model; Leading cross functional teams supporting new product launches, including sales, marketing, and operations; and International experience, including European market exposure relevant to launching products and scaling commercial operations
- Must have led at least one disruptive new commercial opportunity from development stage through rollout
What the job involves
- Direct all aspects of sales, marketing, and creative operations, managing an annual growth budget of $25 million
- Lead a team of 42 full-time employees and 210 independent contractors
- Oversee the company’s in-house creative team, which is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns and materials across digital platforms, web, CRM, and grassroots channels
- Ensure the execution of scalable sales and marketing strategies, the expansion into new markets, and the alignment of cross-functional efforts to achieve the company’s growth and market expansion objectives

While MAJORITY was originally focused on supporting newcomers to the US, its mission has evolved to serve globally mobile community more broadly - people navigating life across borders who often encounter high feed, complex bureaucracy and limited access to mainstream financial services.
MAJORITY operates as a subscription-based financial platform designed specifically for these communities, offering FDIC-insured bank accounts, debit cards, remittances, cashback rewards and in-language customer support. Crucially, the platform does not require a Social Security Number to get started, lowering a major barrier for recent arrivals. And in 2025, the company expanded beyond just banking with the launch of MAJORITY Mobile Plans, providing flexible, contract-free phone plans with unlimited data options and international calling, further embedding essential services into a signal digital ecosystem.
By combining banking, remittances, telecoms and community-driven support under one platform, MAJORITY is more than just a neobank, its building infrastructure for global mobility. Its continued product expansion reflects a broader ambition of one to create a comprehensive financial and connectivity platform that helps people establish stability quickly, wherever they choose to build their lives.
