What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Software as a Service (SaaS) Renewals Manager to join our dynamic Customer Success team
- The Renewals Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Renewals professionals and the renewal process for our software subscription services, ensuring high customer retention rates, and maximizing renewals revenue
- Oversee the entire renewals process, ensuring timely and accurate renewals of SaaS subscriptions
- Ensure Renewals Team members engage with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and communicate the value of renewing their subscription
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services during the renewal process
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal targets
- Continuously monitor and analyze renewal performance metrics, taking immediate corrective action when results are below expectations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and reduce churn
- Engage with at-risk customers to understand their concerns and develop action plans to retain their business
- Act as a customer advocate within the company, ensuring customer feedback is communicated to relevant teams and influences product development and service improvements
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to address customer issues and feedback
- Provide insights and feedback to the Product team to help improve our offerings
- Prepare regular reports on renewal rates, customer retention, and revenue forecasts
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
