Who you are
- The ideal candidate is an experienced Executive Assistant or Executive Business Partner who has supported founders, CEOs, or senior executives in high-growth technology companies
- 12+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or similar executive support role
- Experience supporting CEOs, founders, C-suite executives, or senior leadership teams
- Exceptional calendar management, travel coordination, and executive support capabilities
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced startup, scale-up, or high-growth technology environments
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and maintain composure under pressure
- Experience working across multiple executives and competing priorities simultaneously
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Business Partner to join the Office of the CEO and support Distyl’s executive leadership team
- This is a senior executive support role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys operating at the center of an organization
- Ou will partner closely with leaders across the Office of the CEO to maximize their effectiveness through exceptional calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, stakeholder engagement, and day-to-day operational support
- Beyond managing logistics, you will play a critical role in helping executives stay focused on the highest-priority initiatives, anticipate challenges before they arise, and ensure seamless execution across a wide range of responsibilities
- You will work closely with other members of the executive support team and serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, helping create leverage, maintain alignment, and drive operational excellence
- You are proactive, highly organized, resourceful, and capable of managing competing priorities with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Ou take pride in creating structure amidst complexity, anticipating needs before they are expressed, and enabling leaders to perform at their highest level
- Provide high-touch executive support to senior leaders within the Office of the CEO
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel logistics, and meeting coordination across internal and external stakeholders
- Partner alongside existing executive support functions to help coordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and leadership operations as needed
- Prepare leaders for meetings through briefing documents, agendas, background materials, and follow-up actions
- Coordinate board meetings, executive leadership meetings, customer meetings, recruiting activities, and company events
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-through on key commitments
- Manage communications and interactions with executives, investors, customers, candidates, and partners
- Anticipate challenges, identify scheduling conflicts, and proactively resolve issues before they arise
- Improve administrative systems, workflows, and processes to increase executive effectiveness
