Role
Who you are
- We are seeking someone from a consultancy background with 5+ years of experience in a similar strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff–adjacent role, with a track record of supporting high-impact initiatives
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from concept to delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise information into clear insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with senior leaders
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and driving clarity
What the job involves
- This role sits at the center of strategy and execution, partnering closely with the Chief of Staff and leadership team to help translate priorities into measurable outcomes
- You’ll coordinate core planning rhythm - such as quarterly OKRs, performance reporting, and initiative tracking- while driving high-impact, cross-functional projects from initial scoping through delivery
- You’ll play a key role in improving decision velocity by gathering inputs, synthesizing insights, and creating clear, concise materials that enable alignment across stakeholders
- Working across go-to-market, product, and revenue teams, you’ll act as a connector who ensures strategy is effectively translated into execution
- The role also focuses on identifying operational gaps and collaborating with functional leaders to design scalable processes, while tracking progress on key initiatives to ensure follow-through on commitments and sustained momentum across the organization
- Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and leadership team to support strategic priorities and operational execution
