Who you are
- Jaja is looking for an ambitious and curious Product Analyst
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to facilitate and drive data-driven decision-making
- Experience in SQL and Python for data extraction and manipulation
- Knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis
- Experience with Rest APIs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable insights
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
- A natural curiosity to dig into issues to identify the opportunities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

What the job involves
- You will help all of our product teams on understanding our customer needs, defining our product design and ensuring we are focussed on delivering the best outcomes for our customers
- You will need to master our data infrastructure to ensure you’re able to navigate around to truly understand our product and our customers
- Collaborate with the Product Team to identify key metrics and KPIs for measuring product performance and customer engagement
- Design and implement analytics frameworks to track and analyse user behaviour, product usage patterns, and customer satisfaction
- Own all Product Analytics data sources
- Implement an event data catalogue to ensure the solution is scalable and easily adoptable by others
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualise and communicate insights to internal stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations
- Prioritise your work to ensure we are delivering greatest value first
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure proper instrumentation and data collection within our product ecosystem
- Assist in the interpretation of data to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for product improvement
