• This entry-level role is focused on providing exceptional user support and maintaining our SaaS applications and IT infrastructure
• Provide first-line technical support to internal teams and users, resolving issues related to SaaS applications, hardware, and software
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of SaaS applications and IT systems
• Monitor and manage user accounts, permissions, and access to SaaS applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure system consistency and reliability
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and user feedback
