What the job involves

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager and Executive Assistant to join our Boston team
This dual role provides a unique opportunity to support our executive leadership while ensuring the efficient operation of our Boston office
Your responsibilities will include managing executive schedules, coordinating travel, organizing team events, interfacing with clients and vendors, and maintaining a welcoming and productive office environment
Executive Support: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements for executive members
Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of our Boston office, ensuring a well-organized and engaging environment for our team
Team Collaboration: Plan and execute team-building events and initiatives that foster a positive and productive workplace culture
External Relations: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and clients facilitating good communication

Our take

Worldwide spending on edge computing is growing at an astronomical rate. But, as organizations move to migrate their apps to the edge, the disparate nature of their approaches is making deployment difficult.

Code Metal is out to combat this with its modular, AI-powered workflows that support simpler and faster edge development. Its approach has been honed by previous work translating complex research algorithms for platform use, which it is now focussing on hardware apps for the edge.

The company has already made a splash in the space through some high-profile partnerships with the likes of L3Harris, a renowned American defence contractor. It has also raised substantial funding that it will use to expand its team to better serve its growing list of clientele.
