Senior Product Designer, Pulley

• 5+ years shipping exceptional product design, with proven experience in complex B2B or fintech environments

• Prototype fluency: Ability to communicate ideas through various mediums (Figma, interactive prototypes, code)
• Builder mentality: You've taken features from 0→1 and helped scale these into mature products through collaboration within your team
• Systems expansion: Experience contributing to and scaling design systems that handle enterprise complexity
• Research rigor: You've co-led or partnered on user research from planning through synthesis, turning insights into action
