What the job involves
- The Latin America director of consumer marketing is the regional leader for all consumer campaigns developed in LAC at a local and regional level
- They will be responsible for regional consumer strategy, creative agency, plans, trainings, best practices and KPI framework to support the region in driving consumer and partner preference
- Lead LAC regional strategies to drive consumer preference
- Supervise all local campaign to make sure they are strategically aligning with the Brand and business objectives
- Lead regional campaign that build on the consumer strategy
- Lead Regional Creative agency relationship and fee negotiations
- Serve as the liaison for all global consumer teams and share strategies and best practices
