Role
Who you are
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth tech environments
- Demonstrated success hiring for both GTM and technical roles
- Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: Experience working with startups or in-house recruiting for early- to mid-stage tech companies

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a seasoned Contract Recruiter to help scale our team during a period of high growth
- You’ll play a critical role in attracting top talent across both Go-To-Market (GTM) and Technical functions, partnering closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and leadership to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and Technical (Engineering, Product, Data) roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies
- Source, engage, and assess passive and active candidates through various channels
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track pipeline metrics and deliver regular updates to stakeholders
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s culture, values, and business needs to effectively pitch the opportunity
- This will be a 6 month contract that can convert to full time

Since founding, the company has amassed a growing customer base including the likes of Paypal and Calendly, and also raised several successful funding rounds. The most recent funding will allow Vendelux to broaden its reach, enhance product development, and further diversify its customer segments.
