Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience (10+ years) in marketing leadership roles within the AdTech industry
- Experience managing and mentoring a high-performing marketing team

What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing to drive the strategic direction as well as execution of our marketing initiatives
- The SVP of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy as well as marketing initiatives that align with our business objectives, strengthens our brand presence, and accelerates our growth in the AdTech industry
- Develop and implement a growth-focused global marketing strategy
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing and creative marketing team
- Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with product development and sales goals
- Strengthen and maintain brand identity across channels, specifically focusing on Agencies and Direct Brands
- Define and communicate the company's unique value proposition in the AdTech market
- Handle Public Relations at a global level and work closely with investor relations team
- Optimize lead generation and enhance customer acquisition through data-driven strategies
- Oversee content creation for thought leadership and educational resources
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with industry trends and addresses customer needs
- Utilize various digital marketing channels, including programmatic marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising, to effectively reach target audiences
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI
- Collaborate with the product team to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features, ensuring successful launches
- Translate technical product features into compelling benefits for customers
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Efficiently manage and allocate the marketing budget
