Senior Vice President / Chief Product Officer, Eltropy

• Minimum Experience: Senior Executive
• A successful candidate will be product-quality focused with a strong engineering background, business sense, strategic mindset to thrive in a fast-paced fin-tech environment, and demonstrated track record at B2B enterprise SaaS companies
• Built an enterprise B2B SaaS software for hundreds of B2B customers
• At least one B2B startup experience. As a product leader seen growth from $50M to $100M ARR
• Hands-on and ability to go in the weeds as needed. Strong on execution. Experience with monthly product releases
• Developed and implemented prioritization model for complex B2B SaaS platform with limited engineering resources and multiple features/modules
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
• Proven experience as a senior product leader in B2B enterprise SaaS company, with a track record of successful product launches
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends and technologies
• Experience with product management tools and methodologies

Desirable

• The SVP/CPO of Product will outline the product’s vision statement and ensure that vision is shown in the products and has a meaningful impact on the customers and the company’s revenue
• The SVP/CPO will be responsible for creating and executing on strategies to define product roadmap and deliver product features on time
• Creating product vision : As the head of the product department, you will design the product's vision. This involves thinking long-term and formulating a plan for the product’s future, a product map, with a clear description of how to follow that plan
• Ensure team cohesion: You will look out for the interest of your team members, motivate the team, and head collaboration with external teams to deliver a good result
• Leadership: You must be able to supervise, manage problems and be a people person. You will also have a can-do spirit, willing to take responsibility for mistakes, even on behalf of your team, and possess emotional intelligence
• Communication and collaboration: Communicate the product’s vision to the company’s stakeholders. Provide feedback to the product team. Report on strategy and plans to the CEO. Give direction to other product leaders
• Analytical mindset: You must be able to dig into data, analyze data sets and interpret them enough to create data-driven strategies to help figure out product trends, customer needs, and product performance
• Customer-centric: You will be the product’s biggest advocate to customers. You will be focused on making better products to keep customers satisfied and engaged. You will always have a pulse on the customer’s needs and complaints, which will be subsequently used in creating delightful products
• Business acumen: You must be able to tie every strategy and product iteration to the business goals
