Senior Analytics Manager, Whalar

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
• 7+ years of experience in a data analysis role, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership position
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong experience managing and developing a team of data analysts
• Experience implementing and maintaining data quality control processes a plus

• We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Analytics Manager to join our Measurement team at Whalar
• In this role, you will be responsible for leading the data analysis efforts for our influencer marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategy and optimization
• You will also be responsible for managing a team of data analysts and ensuring the smooth operation of our analytics function
• Lead the collection, organization, and analysis of data from a variety of sources to inform influencer marketing campaigns
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize data trends and insights
• Use data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in influencer marketing campaigns
• Work with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations and support decision-making
• Manage and mentor data analysts, setting goals and providing feedback and support
• Ensure the smooth operation of the analytics function, including data quality control and process improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and influencer marketing
• Provide leadership and guidance to the analytics team, developing and implementing best practices and standards
• Must be client facing and collaborative with our brand points of contact, helping them navigate the creator landscape and how we measure it
