Role
Who you are
- As a Product Manager with 2 - 5 years experience, you will have end-to-end ownership over one of Ravio’s products
What the job involves
- At Ravio we’re obsessed with building best-in-class products for our customers
- As just our second Product Manager, you will work closely with all teams (including Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales) to solve customer pain points and deliver outstanding product experiences.
- Build a customer-centric product: Work hand-in-hand with customers (via user research, interviews, and feedback sessions) to identify customer needs and pain points and translate into actionable product features that delight
- Lead product development: Maximise feature velocity by driving the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including managing the roadmap, defining requirements, collaborating with design & engineering, and launching products
- Drive product & technical innovation: Develop and execute product strategies that solve complex customer problems by leveraging data and
- Unlock business value: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and others to identify ways that the Ravio product and roadmap can deliver their business outcomes
- As an early team member and our second Product hire, you will impact our business in tangible ways, and have a seat at the table as we build a best-in-class product from the ground up
- We trust you to own your product, make a tangible influence on our overall direction, and contribute in forming a great culture within the tech team and wider company

Our take
The war for talent is raging, creating a fertile market for existing recruitment tech companies, and a birthing ground for new ones. Ravio is one of the latter, and recently launched its compensation benchmarking platform aimed to help companies keep their offer attractive relative to competitors, filtered according to aspects like location, industry, business growth rate, and funding.
There’s far more to keep track of now, too - with the great resignation, and a persisting shortfall of tech talent, both the employment markets and compensation expectations are changing fast. Scaleups are bearing the brunt of managing these rapid fluctuations - so appetite for products such as Ravio is likely to be high.
Ravio also allows companies to dig through more granular compensation inequalities related to, for example, an applicant’s background or race. It claims to offer the most detailed diversity insights - and if this is the case, it could help slingshot Ravio to the top of the recruitment tech pile. DEI initiatives are becoming more of a business imperative now, and being able to prove evidence-based practices from the ground up would be a boon for some.
