Who you are
- You’re able to work remotely from anywhere in the UK but feel comfortable and excited to come into our London office from time to time
- You have 7+ years of experience managing brand marketing or communications for major tech, brand, or creative companies – bonus points for success in a scale up environment
- You have managed experienced teams in the past, and enjoy fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning
- You’re a strategic and creative thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage internal and external stakeholders, and effectively represent the company's brand
- You make a point of staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance brand presence and competitive advantage
- Your written and verbal communication skills in English are excellent

- In this role, your main focus will be leading and supporting a talented and experienced team to build and grow a brand that truly resonates — both globally and locally
- You’ll provide direction, clarity, and mentorship as your team works on content, campaigns, messaging, and communications that reflect who we are and where we’re going
- Together with our Creative Director, you’ll help shape a distinctive brand identity, while ensuring that the strategy stays clear and consistent across all touch points
- This role is equal parts strategy and execution — with a strong emphasis on collaboration, leadership, and keeping things grounded in what drives real connection and engagement
- Team management: You’ll lead and support your team in delivering day-to-day brand, content, and communication initiatives
- Brand strategy: You’ll collaborate closely with our Creative Director to evolve and maintain a clear and distinctive brand identity
- Campaign strategy: You’ll develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, customer loyalty, and business impact
- Tone of voice and messaging: You’ll oversee Frontify’s tone of voice and brand messaging, making sure it's consistent and aligned across all channels
- Collaboration: You’ll build and foster strong relationships with the Growth Marketing team and Creative Studio teams
- Brand metrics: You’ll oversee brand metrics, keeping a close eye on performance and using data to refine strategies
- PR management: You’ll manage our external PR agency relationship and ensure a healthy flow of earned media opportunities
