- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with preference to Business or Technology (Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or other development related fields)
- 1-3 years of relevant business analyst, product management, accounting, banking, quality assurance or software development experience
- Experience and knowledge of one or more ERP or accounting systems such as Netsuite, Intacct, MS Business Central, Quickbooks or Xero
- Experience and knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and/or cash management
- A keen interest in how some of our world’s largest organizations move money, information and data across a variety of systems. A demonstrable interest or exposure to enterprise technology would also be extremely relevant
- Experience with agile development practices and familiarity with JIRA ticket creation
- Familiarity with practical, real-world applications of accounting, retail or commercial banking, or APIs would be very relevant to this position
- Experience with managing a product from conception to production launch
- Demonstrable familiarity with any high-level programming language is interesting, but not required. We use mediums such as XML and JSON, and other technologies such as Java, Python and Kotlin
- Willingness to question and bring ideas to the table about how to improve processes rather than stick to the status quo

- FISPAN is looking for a full-time Product Manager to join our growing Product team, which lives at the intersection between Strategy and Technology at FISPAN
- This position is best suited for an individual who is looking to grow their career in Product Management
- The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering on new product functionality within our ERP plugins and managing the GTM of these products with our Bank partners

- The HR Assistant role is varied

- Act as the key point of contact for the assigned product suite supporting our Customer Experience and Engineering Teams
- Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and customers
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including requirements gathering, feature prioritization, and testing
- Translate business and user requirements into engineer-ready tickets with user stories, acceptance criteria and test steps
- Work with the Engineering Team to address any ambiguity on the business side, support the team with documentation, and facilitate business client discussions when necessary
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product positioning, pricing proposal, and promotional strategies to drive product adoption and growth
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform continuous improvement efforts
- Gather and analyze client feedback and usage data to inform product enhancements and new features, ensuring a customer-centric approach
- Work closely with our Product Marketing Team to enable communication of product intent, roadmaps, and schedules of delivery
- Support end-user growth by remaining in touch with positioning and feedback from client base to remain up to date with priority client requests, changing needs of the industry and primary client use cases for our product
