Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate combines strong knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and dynamics (HIPAA, data privacy, patient engagement) with proven experience in AdTech, MarTech, and/or digital media
- 6-8 years of product marketing and/or strategy experience, preferably in Digital marketing, AdTech, or Digital media, with exposure to healthcare/life sciences marketing
- Proven track record of building GTM strategies and delivering successful product launches
- Ability to tailor positioning and collateral to specific advertiser segments (brands, agencies, endemic vs. non-endemic categories)
- Exceptional communication skills — able to distill complex technical concepts into simple, impactful messaging
- Experience supporting enterprise sales teams with enablement tools and competitive insights
- Analytical mindset with comfort in financial modeling, pricing analysis, and adoption/usage metrics
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA a plus)
What the job involves
- The IQVIA Product Organization is looking for a strategic and execution-driven Sr. Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our healthcare-oriented media platform
- This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, translating complex healthcare and AdTech capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate with healthcare brands, agencies, and partners
- You’ll ensure our healthcare products stand out in a crowded, highly regulated market and are adopted successfully by customers. This position will help support a multitude of IQVIA Digital products
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute GTM plans for new and existing healthcare AdTech products, including audience solutions, media activation, and measurement capabilities
- Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear, differentiated product positioning and customer-focused messaging tailored to healthcare marketers, payers, providers, and life sciences
- Product Marketing Strategic Planning: Partner with marketing on strategic marketing planning and integrated campaigns that drive product adoption, customer engagement, and pipeline growth; leverage performance data to optimize messaging and GTM strategies
- Sales Enablement: Partner with commercial strategy, product, marketing and sales to create materials that drive pipeline and revenue, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and playbooks
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct market analysis to understand healthcare marketing trends, regulatory considerations, and competitor offerings; translate insights into product and marketing strategy
- Customer Advocacy & Voice of Customer: Develop customer insight-gathering initiatives (e.g., customer advocacy program) and integrate feedback loops into product strategy
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product leaders to influence roadmaps, ensuring customer needs, compliance requirements, and market opportunities are prioritized
- Thought Leadership: Collaborate with marketing to develop expert-led content (e.g., speaking sessions, whitepapers, webinars, conference materials) that positions the company as a trusted leader in healthcare advertising innovation
- Metrics & Optimization: Set KPIs for launches and campaigns, monitor results, and refine strategy to boost adoption and revenue

IQVIA is a world leader in analytics and clinical research in the life sciences sector. Formed from a merger between IMS Health and Quintiles, it has over 40 years of experience in the sector, growing to become one of the world’s largest contract research organisations, with a network spanning more than 100 countries.
Since its founding, IQVIA has outperformed the market and is focusing on expanding biosimilar firms such as Humira. Humira provides generic drugs from existing medications without needing further data analysis. However, IQVIA’s involvement in new areas of research is likely to offset this trend.
