Role
Who you are
- 2–5 years of successful sales experience in SaaS, HR Tech, or B2B software—or proven overperformance in an SDR/BDR role
- Strong track record of managing deals sized $50K–$250K ARR
- Skilled in consultative selling: uncovering needs, articulating value, and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels
- Confident in building ROI-based business cases and engaging CFO-level executives
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and a robust sales tech stack
- Resilient, driven, and adaptable. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills, while also highly organized with strong pipeline management and forecasting accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred
- Consistently exceeded sales quotas and activity metrics, delivering strong revenue growth in a competitive SaaS market
- Built and executed strategic territory plans that opened new business opportunities and expanded existing accounts
- Presented compelling product demonstrations and value-driven proposals that influenced senior decision-makers
- Collaborated cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to close complex deals and strengthen client retention
- Contributed to a high-performing sales culture by modeling innovation, resilience, and teamwork

- We’re seeking a driven Mid-Market Sales Executive to join our growing team and bring the Workhuman vision to life for mid-sized organizations. This is a high-impact role where you’ll manage complete sales cycles, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and showcase the value of our industry-leading Recognition and Human Intelligence software
- You’ll execute on a territory plan to maximize revenue, partner with high-caliber clients, and evangelize our solutions through product demos, events, and tailored account initiatives.
