Who you are
- We need a Sales Enablement Manager who embodies our Principles and thrives on significant challenges
- Experience in Sales Enablement, particularly within a SaaS or fast-paced tech company
- An understanding of NHS customers and able to translate that knowledge into impactful commercial messaging and materials
- Examples of when you've built and scaled sales enablement processes such as content management systems, playbooks or training programmes that have driven measurable impact
- You enjoy collaborating across teams and working with marketing, product and commercial colleagues to deliver consistent and aligned GTM activity
- You’re highly organised and proactive, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail
What the job involves
- As our Sales Enablement Manager, your role will be mission-critical and you will be central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS. You'll directly enable faster, safer, and more accessible patient care
- This isn't just about creating content, case studies and slide decks for our customer facing teams - we're looking for a true expert that will partner closely with the wider Go-To-Market team to build scalable systems and assets, helping us win and retain customers across our primary and secondary care markets
- Market understanding & positioning: You'll develop a strong understanding of our customers, competitors and market context, helping ensure we clearly define the problems we solve and how we fit within the healthcare ecosystem
- Sales enablement & content ownership: You’ll create, manage and continuously improve high-quality sales and customer success materials - from case studies, learnings from pilots to pitch decks, battle cards, objection handling and product overview slides. You’ll own our enablement library, ensuring content is up to date, easy to find, and helps commercial teams demonstrate the impact of Accurx with clarity and confidence
- Knowledge management & training: You’ll turn product, market and customer insights into actionable guidance and training for our commercial teams. You’ll design and deliver enablement sessions and resources that build confidence, product knowledge and storytelling ability

Our take
Communication between patients and nurses/doctors has typically happened via telephone call or post. This outdated technology is costly and doesn't exactly provide a great experience. Accurx has stepped in to solve this problem with its communication and collaboration platform.
Accurx allows GPs and other healthcare providers to communicate more efficiently with their patients and with each other in order to deliver top-quality care. Its products are now used in over 95% of GP practices, a huge testament to the value of Accurx's platform.
Since raising considerable funding, Accurx has been focused on growing its team and developing its products, including batch messaging between clinics and patients, to help care sites ease the burden of long wait lists and understaffing. Alongside this, the platform recently partnered up with Tandem Health to launch an AI scribe tool for use across the NHS, so GP practices can save valuable time. Together, these developments put Accurx ins a strong position for even more growth and impact across the healthcare sector.
