- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and modern collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Concur)
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Experience supporting executives in a technology or SaaS company
- Familiarity with project coordination and internal communications
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Senior Vice President of Customer Experience
- This role is critical in enabling the SVP to operate at maximum effectiveness through high-level administrative support, calendar management, project coordination, and cross-functional communication
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SVP, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting preparation
- Facilitate smooth daily operations and proactively anticipate executive needs
- Organize internal and external meetings, including agenda setting, logistics, note-taking, and follow-up on action items
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams across departments to support cross-functional initiatives
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of work
- Support team operations through document preparation, communications management, and other tasks as needed
- Assist in the coordination of key events, executive reviews, and customer-facing engagements

Alteryx brings a suite of tools to automate data driven processes on a large scale, massively speeding up data based procedures. The system also uses AI to analyse data and provide insights to enable rapid decision making.
What Alteryx does differently from other data science tool developers is focus on the accessibility of its software, taking a low code / no code approach. This allows for greater collaboration between people with differing skill sets, speeding up processes for its users.
The business has made some strategic partnerships over time, most notably with Snowflake and Blue Prism. With AI becoming more, Alteryx is projected to make major inroads in its market as more companies turn to automated solutions for data analysis.
