• 10+ years of high-growth sales leadership experience
• 5+ years of experience specifically managing people leaders (Managers or Directors) in an Enterprise environment

• Proven track record of delivering rigorous, data-backed revenue projections and maintaining high forecast accuracy
• Demonstrated experience navigating complex, multi-layered procurement and legal cycles for large-scale employers

• Leader of Leaders: Coach and develop high-performing managers and elite sellers, fostering a culture of elite performance and career development
