Role
Who you are
- Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school (Grande École program)
- 3+ years of experience in a strategy consulting, investment banking firm
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
- Genuine interest in mobile gaming and apps and/or performance marketing
- Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
What the job involves
- As a Growth Manager, you will own the scaling of a top priority game app, acting as the CMO and strategic counterpart to the CEO. Your mission is simple: grow the game aggressively. You will leverage our full Performance Marketing engine and activate non-paid growth levers to push performance even further
- Build and own the growth strategy to scale our leading mobile games
- Execute all our acquisition channels: paid UA but also non-paid such as partnerships, featuring, influencer marketing, growth hacking, ASO, and community building (not exhaustive)
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify emerging high-performing growth channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and maximize the impact of available resources
- Conduct rigorous data analysis to evaluate channel performance, guide decisions, prioritize initiatives, and uncover new growth opportunities
