Role

Who you are

  • 3+ Years' Experience. You’ve worked in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a SaaS environment, supporting sales, marketing, and customer success teams in achieving their revenue goals
  • CRM & Systems Expertise. You have been a HubSpot or Salesforce administrator, proficient in creating and managing workflows, integrations, and custom objects. You have hands-on experience with sales productivity tools like Outreach, SalesLoft, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and Aircall
  • Lead & Pipeline Management. You’re well-versed in MQLs, SQLs, and deal management. You have experience implementing lead scoring models, lead qualification criteria, territory-based lead assignments, deal stages, and lifecycle stages to optimize pipeline efficiency
  • Quote-to-Cash Support. You have experience with quoting/CPQ systems, creating approval workflows, configuring pricing rules, and setting up discount thresholds to ensure a smooth transition from deal creation to contract signature
  • Data Hygiene. You maintain clean, reliable data through deduplication, enrichment, and validation, ensuring accuracy for reporting and strategic insights
  • Reporting & Analytics. You build and maintain dashboards, forecasting reports, and attribution models to provide actionable insights and support revenue teams. You have experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau and use data visualization to optimize revenue operations
  • Process Optimization. You identify inefficiencies in lead management, deal tracking, and pipeline reporting and implement scalable solutions to streamline operations and improve team performance
  • Marketing Ops Expertise. You have hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo or HubSpot Marketing Hub, ensuring seamless marketing-to-sales alignment
  • Growth-Oriented. You continuously seek opportunities to refine processes, implement new tools, and enhance operational efficiency across the revenue organization

  • With a deep understanding of the SaaS go-to-market (GTM) landscape, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to implement scalable solutions, refine workflows, and support strategic decision-making
