Who you are

3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
Bilingual language proficiency in Spanish and English
You’re a results-driven, proactive individual with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Strong business acumen and ability to manage the entire sales cycle
Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a fast-growth environment
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work autonomously and adapt in a dynamic, evolving market
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms

What the job involves

Develop and execute a strategic account plan to achieve revenue targets within the Spanish market
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers
Own the full sales cycle, with proven experience in both inbound and outbound activities. Your main focus will be outbound
Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor solutions that resonate with clients
Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to shape our European expansion
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system
Represent Hostaway at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand our client base

Hostaway’s product provides property owners a way to present their services to the wider market, making them available on different platforms through the use of its multi-integration software.

What makes Hostaway unique is its comprehensive property management ecosystem. Beyond just listings, the platform allows clients to manage their properties across a wide range of platforms, including Airbnb, Booking.com, and HomeAway. It also integrates with other key services like Stripe, Expedia, and Tripadvisor, offering customisable solutions that support the diverse needs of vacation rental hosts.

It also had impressive growth over the past five years, with revenue doubling to tripling each year. Alongside this, it raised substantial funding in 2024 to fuel its expansion across Europe and accelerate product development. This, in turn, resulted in Hostaway becoming the first Unicorn in the STR PMS sector. With its strong track record and clear vision for the future, Hostaway has a clear road ahead.
