Role
Who you are
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role
- Exceptional Communication:You excel at cultivating meaningful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Tech-Savvy and Curious: You enjoy staying ahead of industry trends and technologies. You are confident in using CRM systems and comfortable with various communication platforms
- Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a keen eye for detail
What the job involves
- Managing customer experience; this is from initial enquiry to the viewing booked
- Delivering a great experience across all communication channels; this will include calls, WhatsApps and emails with our customers
- Cross sell properties that better meet renter needs, pulling the customer needs to the front
- Collaborate with the B2B Sales team, ensuring targets are met and landlord expectations are exceeded
- Work with wider Home Made business to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience during each interaction
- Upskill on new site launches quickly and efficiently to ensure immediate impact
- Problem-solving when issues arise and escalating where necessary so customer queries can be resolved promptly
- Have attention to detail ensuring all data/information is accurate using the appropriate system and format
