What the job involves
- Masterworks is looking for a Sales Development Representative responsible for meeting with current investors by phone, igniting their interest in Masterworks, and guiding them to the next step of the investment process
- We are seeking a passionate individual to assist users in answering high-level questions about art as an asset class and help convert website users to active investors
- This role is designed for someone who is passionate about sales, has the drive to excel in a start-up/fintech environment, and has experience going above and beyond for their customers
- ~400 outbound calls per day to current investors
- Speaking to the inner workings of Masterworks, explaining art as an asset class
- Scheduling investor appointments with the Investment Advisor team
- Effective follow-ups with investors who are lukewarm but not yet sold
