• At least 2 years of B2C telephone sales experience with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets

• Comfortable with handling objections and guiding clients through decision-making

• Self-motivated, organised, and eager to grow within your role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Results-driven mindset and proactive in identifying and developing new business opportunities from telephone, email, and other sales inquiry methods
• A passion for listening to people’s stories, personal connection, and meaningful work

• In this role, you’ll guide prospective clients through one of the most meaningful purchases they’ll ever make: turning their life story into a book
• You’ll consult with them over the phone and Zoom, helping them understand their options and recommending the perfect package
• You’ll also work closely with our editorial team, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from start to finish
• We’ll provide you with 3 months of onboarding and training, and ongoing career development support
