Who you are

  • The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, adept in digital marketing strategies, and possess a strong ability to analyze market trends to execute high impact demand generation campaigns
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation and content marketing, preferably start-up environment adept at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tactics, including content marketing, SEO, PPC, ABM email marketing, social media, and marketing automation
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as (Google Analytics, Webflow, Salesforce, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Background in advising, developing, and distributing compelling and relevant content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and other assets, to attract and engage potential customers
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights
  • Strong project management and organizational skills

What the job involves

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Demand Generation Manager OR Director to join our Marketing team.
  • This role is pivotal in driving our content strategy and creation to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and ultimately drive revenue
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with the company’s business goals
  • Oversee the creation and management of content across various platforms (blogs, social media, website, etc.), ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive leads
  • Work with our partner ecosystem on lead generation and joint campaigns, events, etc
  • Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques to increase visibility and engagement
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to continuously improve strategy and content
  • Track and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize future marketing efforts
  • Assist in managing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
