Role
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Implementation Engineering, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of API integrations, cloud platforms, and data pipelines
- Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client implementations simultaneously
- Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and HTML is a plus
What the job involves
- Optimove is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology, consulting, and customer success
- In this role, you will partner with clients, partners, and internal teams to design, implement, and optimize technical solutions that integrate seamlessly with client ecosystems
- You’ll serve as the go-to technical expert for our Customer Success organization, driving impactful outcomes and ensuring clients unlock the full potential of the Optimove platform
- Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to assess existing tech stacks and define integration strategies
- Design and implement tailored solutions leveraging Optimove’s suite of products, including data integration, real-time event streaming, and cloud-based technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, Product, Operations, and Professional Services to shape and refine solutions
- Partner with Optimove’s ecosystem of partners to design and execute integrations benefiting multiple clients
- Troubleshoot, debug, and proactively resolve technical challenges
- Translate client business needs into actionable technical solutions and lead client-facing technical discussions
- Identify risks and ensure smooth, reliable implementations
