Who you are
- 5+ years B2B marketing experience in demand generation, delivering pipeline using a broad range of channels
- Demonstrated experience successfully executing vertical specific campaigns

What the job involves
- You will own the motion that expands our Total Addressable Market (TAM)
- To date, Freshpaint has built our business focusing on healthcare providers. Recently, we’ve seen an uptick in interest from other HIPAA covered entities (like payers, retail and online pharmacy, and consumer health tech)
- Your mission will be to build a pipeline from these companies
- You’ll work directly with the Demand Gen, Sales, Field Marketing, and Content teams to build, launch, and manage campaigns across paid social, display, events, and other activities to optimize the capture of that demand, resulting in pipeline growth
- Collaborate with our Partner Marketing team to establish relationships with marketing agencies that can open the door for us at prospect companies
- You will drive the distribution of our thought leadership content, leveraging blogs, webinars, podcasts, and other content to capture ICP targets
- Report on wins and losses. Part of this role will be trying new platforms and campaign types to discover what motions we can double down on
- It will be important to have a good handle on the goals for each effort and how we are performing in relation to those targets
- Advocate for success. Tell us what you need to win so we can get it for you
- Utilize Hubspot, LinkedIn, Snitcher, RollWorks, and other tools to get the job done
- Provide feedback on the content roadmap to make sure you get the content needed to run your campaign
- Collaborate with Field marketing to set up events, webinars, and other activities that will be crucial for your success
