Who you are

The candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience in ERP ideally 5 years within SAP Business One Project Management and be used to running multiple projects of all sizes (40-250+ man days)
Knowledge of a structured project methodology is required. SAP Business One or By Design knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential
The candidate must also be able to work with global project & support teams and must therefore be able to plan own work accordingly
PMP/CAPM certification or pursuing - desirable
AgilePM – desirable
PRINCE2 - desirable
At least min 3years PM experience, for a Snr PM we would expect 5-10yrs min experience, preferably SAPB1 or similar MS D365FO, NetSuite. In addition, able to manage up to 10-12 projects simultaneously
Knowledge of financial, accounting and distribution systems
Possesses strong SAP Business One background and strong understanding of ERP solutions
Experience working on Global projects

We are looking for a highly driven and motivated SAP Business One Snr Project Manager to join our expanding, international SAP Business One team
As a Project Manager, we are looking for candidates who have a proactive approach to project delivery, working with the teams to deliver excellence always
This key client facing role requires the combination of:
Demonstrable SAP Business One project management experience
Technical and commercial appreciation and,
A honed client-engagement skill set that is both flexible and inspires confidence
Client Management:
Manages day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple or small to medium-scale projects
Anticipates client’s needs and proposes alternative business solutions
Continually seeks and capitalises upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
Demonstrates a genuine interest in their client’s operations and objectives
Maintains client engagement through regular meetings and status reports
Possess the ability to maintain a professional demeanour in times of high stress and the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and develop client relationships that result in positive unsolicited feedback
Financial Management:
Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for all projects under his/her direction
Ensures that all timesheets are processed within the set requirement
Able to identify and deliver change management activities
Analyses and forecasts profitability, revenue, margins, and utilisation across own projects
Addresses billing issues when they arise working with the account manager as appropriate
Manages revenue goals set for own projects
Communication:
Serves as a key participant and facilitator in team and client meetings
Maintains clear and up to date project documentation
Confronts issues openly and quickly
Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors and peers in the business
Tactfully communicates sensitive information
Encourages creative and innovative thinking from the team members while assisting them to bring their ideas and career plans to fruition
Works across the organisation to share lessons learned and best practice methods
Possesses the expert knowledge to identify opportunities for change and the ability to convey the need for change
Technical Understanding:
Working knowledge of financial, accounting and distribution systems
Possesses a detailed understanding of ERP solutions
Builds expert knowledge in our industry and conveys knowledge to other members
Understands technical elements of project planning, including critical path analysis and effective risk analysis
This role will report to US B1 Team Lead
