What the job involves

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join us on a 6 month fixed term contract in London
The role will be supporting one of our prominent Financial Services clients and will be full time onsite at their office in Bishopsgate
In this varied role, your main focus will be on managing the delivery of our client's Technology Infrastructure platform which supports a variety of business lines across the UK and Capital Markets Europe
You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of key technology functions, such as Mobility, Tradefloor, Non-trade, AV, and Techbar
You'll ensure regular communication through touchpoints and updates regarding the service offerings and ongoing projects. As you interact with business teams, you'll play a vital role in relaying service issues back to the team for resolution, while actively enhancing the connection between the Service Delivery team and the Platforms
