• 5+ years as a PM in a B2B SaaS environment, with experience owning technical product areas
• You go deep with customers and come back with a point of view, not just a list
• You can hold a credible conversation with engineers about architecture, data models, and tradeoffs
• You make clear decisions in ambiguous conditions, and know when to move and when to wait
• You possess genuine cross-functional communication skills, moving seamlessly from technical engineering requirements to customer value framing
• You work effectively across time zones (our teams span the US, EE, and IL)

• Product decisions are made with confidence, not just data. You'll lead discovery deep enough to actually understand users - not just aggregate their requests
• This product is genuinely complex. You'll inherit context that isn't fully documented, work across stakeholders with competing priorities, and make calls with imperfect information
