- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a digital or ecommerce environment
- Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer needs
- Confident using data and experimentation to guide decisions
- Excellent communication skills — able to influence and align diverse stakeholders
- Familiar with A/B testing tools and methodologies
- Experience in ecommerce or high-volume digital products

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Checkout team on a 10-month fixed-term contract
- This role is all about owning and evolving critical parts of our customer journey
- You’ll solve meaningful user problems, deliver measurable outcomes, and help Moonpig continue its mission to become the Ultimate Gifting Companion
- Working with a cross-functional squad of Designers, Engineers, Analysts, Researchers, and Data Scientists, you’ll use experimentation, insights, and creativity to optimise our checkout experience for millions of customers
- Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of features that improve the checkout experience
- Leverage AI tools to enhance ideation, content creation, and insights
- Run A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and improve outcomes
- Partner with marketing and commercial teams to support launches and boost adoption
- Communicate priorities and progress clearly across the business
- Ensure customer needs are championed throughout the product development lifecycle
- We prioritise real customer problems and frame work around outcomes, not outputs
- We empower squads to own decisions and ship iteratively
- We foster a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and psychological safety
- We balance autonomy with alignment to Moonpig’s broader mission and goals

Our take
When Moonpig was founded in 2000, it bought into the idea that a personalised gift is always more meaningful, whether sent from the sofa, the commute, or the gym. Customers quickly bought into this vision, and Moonpig saw rapid growth culminating in its 2011 acquisition by Photobox for £120M.
