What the job involves
- LightEdge is seeking a dynamic Inside Channel Manager (ICM) to develop and manage strategic relationships with key Technology Solutions Distributors (TSDs), specifically Telarus, Upstack, and AppSmart
- TSDs serve as critical connectors between suppliers of as-a-service technologies and the technology advisors who deliver solutions to end users
- Our TSD partners go beyond intermediary roles, providing consultative, efficient, and professional support to help partners succeed
- The ICM will play a vital role in onboarding new partners, delivering comprehensive support and training, and optimizing the performance of existing partners
- This full-time position demands meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics
- Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners within Telarus, Upstack, and AppSmart
- Provide ongoing support and training to partners within these TSDs to ensure their success
- Manage and enhance the performance of existing partners through strategies such as account mapping, in-person meetings, and regular cadence calls to maintain engagement and awareness
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with TSD partners, collaborating closely to achieve shared goals
- Align efforts with the sales team to synchronize sales and channel strategies
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide relevant insights
- Measure and report on channel partner performance using metrics such as sales and revenue
- Proactively identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel
- Represent LightEdge at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our brand
