Senior Marketing Manager, Healthera

• 4–6 years’ experience in B2B or SaaS marketing, ideally in a small or scaling company
• Hands-on experience running HubSpot campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and reporting
• Strong copywriting and messaging skills - confident creating campaign, email, and landing page content
• Working knowledge of SEO - able to review keywords, optimise content, and brief improvements
• Confident using Google Sheets for campaign analysis, tracking performance, and reporting metrics
• Strong stakeholder management skills - able to work directly with Sales, Ops, and Product to prioritise and communicate clearly

Desirable

• Own day-to-day marketing execution: plan, build, and send campaigns across email, web, and in-app channels
• Review and refine campaign logic - checking segmentation, triggers, and workflows in HubSpot
• Create copy and content aligned with our value proposition for both pharmacy acquisition and patient engagement
• Improve SEO performance by reviewing on-page content, structure, and meta data
• Report on campaign performance using HubSpot and Google Sheets - identifying what’s working and where to iterate
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure activity supports commercial priorities
• Bring structure and consistency to a marketing setup that is being rebuilt - establishing simple, repeatable processes
