  • Skilled in crafting communication and messaging strategies for advertising, PR, sales, DTC, and trade & media
  • Capable of fostering long-term relationships with both internal teams and external industry or peer groups
  • 20+ years in senior marketing/GTM/strategy leadership roles, including significant experience in growth marketing
  • 8-10+ years of hands-on leadership experience to balance strategy with operational excellence and execution
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Demonstrated success in developing business strategies that drive growth
  • Deep understanding of business development processes, strategies, and best practices

  • We seek a visionary global head of marketing to architect and execute a transformative growth strategy that positions Redaptive as the undisputed industry leader.
  • This strategic role demands a dynamic, results-oriented leader capable of crafting a compelling narrative that resonates with our target audience, drives market expansion, and fosters enduring customer loyalty.
  • Shape Redaptive’s Marketplace Strategy: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to refine the company’s go to market vision and strategy. Determine comprehensive sales, product, and business strategies that solve complex business challenges and address the needs of customers and stakeholders across various functions to drive incremental growth
  • Drive Growth and Profitability: Lead market analysis and product positioning efforts. Utilize customer insights and explore business model innovation to drive revenue growth, improve conversion rates and optimize financial performance
  • Product Innovation: Collaborate with Technology on the entire product lifecycle, enhance current offerings and spearhead new product development. Develop and execute an optimal commercial approach for comprehensive product marketing strategies
  • Market/Sales Optimization: Drive market segmentation strategies that enhance GTM results and market impact. Lead pipeline development and oversee sales enablement. Ensure consistent value proposition messaging and GTM approach
  • Strategic Marketing & Demand Generation: Craft short- and long-term marketing and branding strategies. Collaborate with Sales and Business Development and encourage repeat business with key sales stakeholders. Develop comprehensive demand generation strategies that drive GTM approach and achieve revenue goals
  • Pricing: Provide thought leadership for pricing strategies leveraging a team that utilizes best in class models, tools and competitive insights to assess and develop pricing recommendations
  • Marketing Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team with deep industry know-how and connections, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Data-Driven Approach: Conduct market research, develop customer insights, and perform competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and optimize commercial success. Establish key performance metrics and analytics frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness, optimize campaigns, and drive revenue
  • Corporate Growth & Communications: Build strong industry presence and establish Redaptive as an industry leader through corporate positioning and strategic partnerships to solidify Redaptive’s reputation as a pioneer and thought leader. Participate in M&A analysis to explore new business opportunities and alliances. Be the champion internally to engage and energize Redaptive’s team members to drive the company’s strategies. Share industry insights and market trends to inform and facilitate decision-making
  • Executive Communications: Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop key messages, prepare for media interviews, and deliver compelling presentations that elevate Redaptive's brand and thought leadership externally
  • Other duties as assigned

Our take

Mass adoption of clean energy appears to be in motion, but it's difficult to produce enough renewable energy to go around. Much of this problem lies not in the energy production itself, but instead in the energy efficiency of the devices that we use in daily life.

Redaptive provides an 'efficiency-as-a-service' program that promises to manage energy efficiency upgrades for entire buildings to prepare businesses to be suitable for renewable energy. The startup achieves this through taking care of planning, design, material choosing, and efficiency metering, promising to drive cost-effectiveness throughout the process.

Most businesses are enthusiastic to make the switch to clean energy for the environmental benefit, cost-effectiveness, and benefit to their public image. Redaptive provides a means for businesses both small and large to achieve this through complex planning assistance that would be hard to achieve and afford otherwise.
